General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘GTC’) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1 In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract shall be
concluded with María José Benitez Recalde, Eschersheimer Straße 21,
D-12099 Berlin.
2.2 The presentation of goods in our online shop does
not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding
invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods,
the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
2.3 The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing
the order procedure provided in our online shop: a) Selection of the desired
goods b) Personal details and delivery address c) Selection of payment method
d) Review of details and correction of data entered, if necessary e) Confirmation
by clicking on the ‘Place order’ button f) Binding submission of the order
– information window with the message: ‘Thank you for your order! You will
receive an order confirmation by email shortly.’
2.4 An order can
only be placed if all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the
order form have been completed. If information is missing or if the consumer
is unable to complete the order for other reasons, the consumer will receive
an error message.
2.5 Before submitting a binding order, the consumer
can check their details and return to the website where the customer's details
are entered by clicking the ‘Back’ button in their internet browser, where
they can correct any input errors or cancel the order process by closing
the internet browser.
2.6 Once the ordering process is complete, we
will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically
generated email (‘order confirmation’). This constitutes our acceptance of
your offer.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time on this page. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Prices, shipping costs and payment
The prices quoted for the products are final prices; in accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no value added tax is charged. The product prices quoted do not include the applicable shipping costs. The amount of the shipping costs is clearly displayed during the ordering process and is also listed on the ‘Shipping’ information page. Payment for goods ordered via our website is made via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (hereinafter ‘Stripe’). Stripe offers various payment methods (e.g. credit card, SEPA direct debit, instant transfer), which are displayed during the ordering process. The Stripe Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which you can view during the payment process, also apply to the processing of payments. We do not store any complete payment details (such as credit card numbers) ourselves, but only receive a payment confirmation from Stripe. (See Privacy Policy)
5. Delivery
Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days of receipt of the order at the latest. Deliveries outside Germany are made to the countries selectable in the online shop. The shipping costs incurred for international orders are shown separately during the ordering process and depend on the destination country, weight and size of the parcel. Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees, which are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination country.
6. Retention of title
We retain title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Cancellation policy
Right of cancellation You have the right to cancel this contract within
fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen
days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not
the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email)
of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached
sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all
payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for
additional costs resulting from this), without delay and at the latest within
fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal
from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this
refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed
otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may
refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have
provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You
must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no
later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal
from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the
expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning
the goods.
